Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hale County walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 65-26 victory over the Sumter Central Jaguars. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 23 points or more this season.

Hale County is also on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.9 points per game. As for Sumter Central, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
