Volleyball Recap: Elsinore Takes a Loss

Elsinore was the 3-0 winner over Santa Rosa Academy when they last played one another back in August of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers fell just short of the Rangers by a score of 3-2 on Thursday.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Elsinore sadly wound up on the wrong side. The final score came out to 25-22, 22-25, 25-22, 17-25, 15-7.

Elsinore's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Santa Rosa Academy, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Elsinore will square off against Murrieta Mesa at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Santa Rosa Academy, they will head out on the road to take on California Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
