Basketball Recap: John Paul II Takes a Loss

John Paul II was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a blow against The Christian School at Castle Hills Eagles, falling 67-32. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Centurions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 62-33 back in January.

John Paul II's record now sits at 3-25. As for The Christian School at Castle Hills, they moved to 20-16 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

The Centurions wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 71-22 defeat against the Guardians on the 4th. As for The Christian School at Castle Hills, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 42-37 loss against Incarnate Word Academy on the 4th.
