It's time for basketball's next generation of stars to take the stage.
The 2013 NBA Draft is tonight at Barclays Center in Brooklyn and former MaxPreps All-Americans like Otto Porter, Trey Burke and Shabazz Muhammad are expected to be among the top picks.

updated his mock draft Thursday and is sticking with Porter as the top pick going to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Prep highlights: Noel was no slouch at Tilton, but his defining moments came as a member of storied Boston-based club BABC. He put together a dominating run at the EYBL Finals in July of 2011, approaching triple-double numbers in nearly every outing as BABC cruised to the Nike crown. A special performance at the 2012 Spalding Hoophall Classic against Mitch McGary and Brewster Academy helped him vault to No. 1 prospect status by most scouts and analysts.{PAGEBREAK}

Prep highlights: Playing at the same school as Jared Sullinger but a year behind, Burke stepped out of the big man's shadow in a huge way as a senior at Northland. Burke posted 23.3 points, 6.7 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game to lead the Vikings to a 26-2 record and Ohio's Division I state final. Northland went 76-4 in Burke's three seasons on the varsity squad.{PAGEBREAK}

Prep highlights: Muhammad has been embroiled in controversy seemingly since the moment he announced his intentions to attend UCLA. With that pit stop out of the way, perhaps he can get back to doing what he did very well in high school – win big. Gorman won three state titles and was ranked nationally to finish the season the same number of times during Muhammad's run. He put up over 30 points and 10 boards per game as a senior.
