Volleyball Recap: Delta Victorious

Delta hadn't done well against Cooter recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Chargers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wildcats. This was a revenge game for the Chargers: when they faced off against the Wildcats on September 9th, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

Delta's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Cooter, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Coincidentally, Delta and Cooter will both be playing Hayti the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will host the Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Chargers will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
