Soccer Recap: South Fayette Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, South Fayette was not quite Laurel Highlands's equal in the second half on Thursday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 5-1. South Fayette were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Laurel Highlands apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

South Fayette's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Laurel Highlands, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1.
