Softball Recap: John Bapst Memorial Takes a Loss

John Bapst Memorial was the 23-3 winner over Mount Desert Island when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders lost 9-3 to the Trojans on Thursday. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

John Bapst Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Mount Desert Island, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. John Bapst Memorial is set to square off against their familiar foe Ellsworth at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mount Desert Island will take on rival Caribou at 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
