Basketball Recap: Charles Wright Takes a Loss

Charles Wright was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were outmatched by the Life Christian Academy Eagles and fell 74-46. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tarriers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 71-32 back in December of 2024.

Charles Wright's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Life Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

When Charles Wright and Life Christian Academy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Charles Wright will try to stop Annie Wright's five-game winning streak when the meet at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th. Similarly, Life Christian Academy will square off against Cascade Christian and their four-game winning streak at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
