Soccer Recap: Coon Rapids-Bayard Comes Up Short

Coon Rapids-Bayard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Carlisle Wildcats. If Coon Rapids-Bayard were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Carlisle when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Coon Rapids-Bayard's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Carlisle, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-1-3.

Coming up, Coon Rapids-Bayard will head out to face off against A-D-M at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Carlisle, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Glidden-Ralston on the 21st.
