Softball Recap: Centennial Takes a Loss

In Friday's Canine Competition, Centennial had to take the L. They came up short against the King Wolves on Friday, falling 11-3. The Huskies have struggled against the Wolves recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 11-17. As for King, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Centennial will challenge rival Santiago at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, King is set to square off against their familiar foe Roosevelt at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
