After flying high against Laytonville on Friday, Shasta came back down to earth. The Shasta Wolves took a 72-67 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eureka Loggers. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (61), the Wolves still had to take the loss.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Eureka to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ryder Mitchell, who almost dropped a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds. Elijah Estrada was another key player, putting up 17 points and four steals.
