Lane Brenneman Game Report: vs Stuart

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Lane Brenneman: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made seven total tackles (1.0 for loss), helping propel Garden County past Stuart by a score of 28-14. We hope Brenneman's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Brenneman and Garden County will challenge South Platte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brenneman has dominated as far as total tackles are concerned (he's averaged 5 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Blue Knights have only allowed 38 per game this season.
