Soccer Recap: Solon Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last five matchups, Solon finally came back down to earth on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Jesup J-Hawks. That makes it the first time this season Solon have let down their home crowd.

Solon's loss dropped their record down to 3-3-2. As for Jesup, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 7-0-1.

Solon has already played their next contest, a 7-0 defeat against East Buchanan on the 21st. As for Jesup, they will square off against South Tama County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
