Basketball Game Preview: Overfelt Royals vs. San Jose Bulldogs

The Overfelt Royals will venture away from home to take on the San Jose Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Overfelt and 16 for San Jose.

On Wednesday, Overfelt was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 47-43 to Yerba Buena.

Meanwhile, San Jose lost 62-38 to James Lick on Wednesday.

San Jose's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Overfelt, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

Overfelt was able to grind out a solid victory over San Jose when the teams last played on January 8th, winning 60-49. The rematch might be a little tougher for Overfelt since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
