Baseball Recap: Ralls Makes It Six in a Row on the Road

Ralls won against Hale Center last Monday with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Jackrabbits walked away with a 7-2 win over the Owls. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-4 last Monday.

Ralls' victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Hale Center, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Ralls will face off against New Deal at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Jackrabbits surely won't give up without a fight. As for Hale Center, they will challenge Abernathy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Owls are facing the Antelopes at the right time seeing as the Antelopes are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
