Basketball Recap: East Harrison [Ridgeway/Cainsville] Sets Scoring Season-High Against Grundy County/Newtown-Harris

East Harrison [Ridgeway/Cainsville] was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Grundy County/Newtown-Harris Panthers, falling 63-41. One positive for the Bobcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Hunter Miller was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 30 points and 12 steals for Grundy County/Newtown-Harris. The game was Miller's 14th in a row with at least 19 points. Kaleb Bower was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 13 rebounds.

East Harrison [Ridgeway/Cainsville]'s defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Grundy County/Newtown-Harris, their win bumped their record up to 12-9.
