Football Game Preview: Clifton Cubs vs. Brady Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Clifton Cubs will challenge the Brady Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Clifton is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Dublin 56-7. The Cubs haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Clifton found their leader in freshman Carter Ritz, who threw for 181 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 45 yards and one score.

Clifton was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 312 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Clifton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. Zachary Sedberry and Eduardo Garcia each grabbed an interception. Another thorn in Dublin's side was Jose Arcos, who made 17 total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, Brady didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Tolar on Friday, but they still walked away with a 20-14 win.

Clifton better keep an eye on Ashton Taylor. He was instrumental in Brady's win, rushing for 164 yards and two TDs. Taylor's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 111 rushing yards.

Clifton's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Brady, their win bumped their record up to an identical 7-2.
