Soccer Recap: Sacred Heart-Griffin Has No Trouble Against Riverton/Tri-City

It's playoff time, and Sacred Heart-Griffin had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Riverton/Tri-City Hawks on Saturday as they made off with a 7-0 victory. It was an even better day for Caroline Sheehan as she scored three goals for her team.

Sacred Heart-Griffin's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-8. As for Riverton/Tri-City, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-15-3 record this season.

Sacred Heart-Griffin has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Auburn on the 20th. Riverton/Tri-City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
