Valley Regional came tearing into Monday's contest with 14 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the East Hampton Bellringers with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

While Valley Regional won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-15, 25-16.

Nia Marchese paced Valley Regional's offense, picking up 19 kills. Marchese got some help from Kellyn Kolber and her 35 assists. Hallie Moore controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Valley Regional's victory bumped their record up to 19-1. As for East Hampton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-6.

Valley Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Hampton, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Hale Ray on the 22nd.
