Volleyball Recap: Denver West Takes a Loss

Denver West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the KIPP Denver Collegiate White Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the White Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on April 9th.

Denver West's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for KIPP Denver Collegiate, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Denver West didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against DSST: College View on the 26th. As for KIPP Denver Collegiate, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Arrupe Jesuit on the 26th.
