Volleyball Recap: Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Shining Rock Classical Academy Falcons 3-0. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy's got stronger as the match went on, holding Shining Rock Classical Academy to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 25-17.

Alexis Gosnell paced Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy's offense, picking up eight kills. Gosnell got some help from Allie Sprinkle and her six assists. Sprinkle was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 12 aces.
