Softball Game Preview: T.C. Roberson Rams vs. McDowell Titans

The T.C. Roberson Rams are taking a road trip to square off against the McDowell Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. T.C. Roberson comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for T.C. Roberson's offense. They lost 22-0 to Enka on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, McDowell posted their closest victory since April 23, 2024 on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand North Buncombe a 1-0 shutout. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Titans as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

T.C. Roberson's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for McDowell, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

T.C. Roberson suffered a grim 9-0 defeat to McDowell when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Can T.C. Roberson avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
