Preview: Santa Fe Indian vs. Pojoaque Valley
Santa Fe Indian will be defending their home turf for the first time on Thursday when they go up against Pojoaque Valley at SFIS Thomas Atencio Field at 7:00 PM. If the 6-8 final from the last time they met is any indication, this game will be decided by the defense.
Santa Fe Indian had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They took a 16-25 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cuba.
Pojoaque Valley also just played their first game, also were on the road, and also didn't get the result they wanted. They were completely outmatched, falling 14-67 to Capital.
