Volleyball Game Preview: Kennedy Commanders vs. Arrupe Jesuit Generals

The Kennedy Commanders will head out to take on the Arrupe Jesuit Generals at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Kennedy is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their ninth straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mullen.

The final score came out to 25-14, 23-25, 25-19, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Arrupe Jesuit had just enough and edged out Rocky Mountain Prep SMART 3-2 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Generals.

Arrupe Jesuit wouldn't go down easily and took Rocky Mountain Prep SMART into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-18, 25-15, 25-27, 15-11.

Kennedy better keep an eye on Andres Silva. He was instrumental in Arrupe Jesuit's win, getting 28 digs and one assist.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Arrupe Jesuit, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
