Basketball Recap: Crittenden County Takes a Loss

Crittenden County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Lyon County Lyons 77-38. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 272nd, while the Lyons are ranked 101st).

Crittenden County's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Lyon County, they pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Crittenden County has already played their next contest, a 93-60 defeat against Livingston Central on the 17th. As for Lyon County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 88-37 victory against Trigg County on the 17th.
