Softball Recap: Fairfax Lions vs. Narbonne Gauchos

Fairfax was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 13-12 heartbreaker at the hands of the Narbonne Gauchos.

Fairfax got a massive performance out of Giselle Ayala, who scored two runs and stole Four bases. while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Allison Vasquez, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
