Softball Game Preview: Chino Valley Cougars vs. Parker Broncs

The Chino Valley Cougars will challenge the Parker Broncs at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Chino Valley fell victim to River Valley and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Dust Devils.

Chino Valley saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aden Hubble, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Meanwhile, Parker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against Yuma Catholic, falling 12-0.

Chino Valley's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Parker, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-14-1.

Everything went Chino Valley's way against Parker in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Chino Valley made off with a 10-2 victory. Do the Cougars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Broncs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
