Volleyball Recap: Capitol Encore Academy Comes Up Short

Capitol Encore Academy lost against Riverside Christian Academy on September 11th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Dragons came up short against the Royals, falling 3-0.

While Capitol Encore Academy ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21, 25-17.

Capitol Encore Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Riverside Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Capitol Encore Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Riverside Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Ascend Leadership on the 30th.
