Baseball Recap: Excel Christian Beats Coleville for Their Seventh Straight Victory

Excel Christian won against Carlin back in March with 19 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Coleville Wolves with a sharp 19-2 win. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won seven contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Luc Mandes, who went 3-for-4 with six RBI, two stolen bases, and three runs. Another player making a difference was Tommy Schoech, who scored two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Excel Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .435. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Coleville only posted a batting average of .200.
