Walsh Jesuit took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Archbishop Hoban Knights with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Warriors not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 26, 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Walsh Jesuit was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-14, 25-15.

Walsh Jesuit found their leader in sophomore Henrik Christen, who had seven digs and three aces.

Walsh Jesuit was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 19 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Archbishop Hoban only served five aces.

Archbishop Hoban is on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Walsh Jesuit wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against St. Vincent-St. Mary on the 27th. As for Archbishop Hoban, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Villa Angela-St. Joseph on the 27th.
