Softball Recap: Thomas Walker Pioneers vs. Twin Springs Titans
Thomas Walker extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 28 on Friday, dropping their season record down to 0-12 in the process. They lost 10-0 to the Twin Springs Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 back in April.
As for Twin Springs, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won six matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
For Twin Springs' part, Emma Ross and Makenzie Gillenwater made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Ross struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk).
