Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Creekside

Creekside came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Menendez Falcons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Creekside was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15, 25-12.

Leading Creekside to victory were Andrew Bennie and Scott Miller. Bennie had seven assists and three aces, while Miller had four digs and three assists. Lascelles Joshua Ellis also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Creekside was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in April of 2024.

Creekside's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Menendez, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9.

Coming up, Creekside will host Ponte Vedra at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Menendez, they will venture away from home to take on Beachside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
