Baseball Recap: Madison Central Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tupelo, Madison Central was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Clinton Arrows get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The Jaguars haven't had any issues with the Arrows recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Madison Central pushed their record up to 9-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Clinton, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-6.

Madison Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Arrows: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
