Soccer Game Preview: Pilot Point vs. Sanger

The Pilot Point Bearcats are taking a road trip to challenge the Sanger Indians at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Pilot Point is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Friday just wasn't the day for Pilot Point's offense. They fell 2-0 to Aubrey on Friday.

Meanwhile, Sanger's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 4-1 to Celina.

Pilot Point's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Sanger, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything went Pilot Point's way against Sanger when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Pilot Point made off with a 4-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bearcats since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
