Riverside and Boiling Springs are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2015, but likely not for long. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Riverside easily dispatched Eastside on Thursday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Warriors fell just short of Gaffney by a score of 7-5 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Warriors have suffered since March 12th.

Meanwhile, Boiling Springs came up short against Gaffney on Monday and fell 9-6.

Boiling Springs saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abbie Wilson, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Boiling Springs, they dropped their record down to 10-9 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Everything went Riverside's way against Boiling Springs in their previous meeting back in March, as Riverside made off with a 13-4 win. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
