Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop McCort). They walked away with an 11-8 victory over the Westmont Hilltop Hilltoppers on Saturday. With that win, the Crushers brought their scoring average up to 7.2 runs per game.
Lariah Myers made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and five unearned) runs off 11 hits (and not a single walk).
