Basketball Recap: Colfax Extends Home Winning Streak to 29

There's no place like home for Colfax, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 75-50 margin over the Liberty Lancers on Friday. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Colfax pushed their record up to 21-3 with the win, which was their 29th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points over those games. As for Liberty, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Coming up, Colfax and Northwest Christian School will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. Northwest Christian School knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight contests -- so hopefully Colfax likes a good challenge. Liberty does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
