When it comes to explaining why Broken Arrow lost, one person who can't be blamed is McKenzie Mathurin. Despite the final result, she scored 28 points. Mathurin scored a full 57.1% of Broken Arrow's points, the ninth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Macy Marraccini, who scored ten points along with five assists and four steals.
Broken Arrow now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Classen SAS, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
