Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Carver Vo-Tech). They blew past the Benjamin Franklin Bayhawks 47-6 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Bayhawks: they've now won six in a row.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Carver Vo-Tech's defense and their seven sacks. Leading the way was Elijah Jones with three. Carver Vo-Tech received some extra help from James Dyson Jr, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Carver Vo-Tech's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Benjamin Franklin, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
