Basketball Recap: Bowlegs Comes Up Short

If Bowlegs was riding high fresh off their 71-24 takedown of Life Christian last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bowlegs Bison had to suffer through a 47-16 loss at the hands of the Earlsboro Wildcats. The Bison haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Bowlegs' loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-9. As for Earlsboro, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Paden the next time they take the court. Bowlegs will host Paden at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Earlsboro will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
