Football Recap: Lincoln Takes a Loss

Lincoln might've scored the first points on Friday, but it was Westville who claimed the real prize. The Wolves fell 30-26 to the Yellowjackets. The Wolves were up 14-0 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Westville, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Lincoln will be playing at home against West Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Westville, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hulbert at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
