Volleyball Recap: Kimball/White Lake Takes a Loss

Kimball/White Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Corsica/Stickney Jaguars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 on Saturday.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-16, 21-25, 25-13.

Corsica/Stickney found their leader in freshman Remi Nelson, who had 13 digs and four aces. Those 13 digs set a new season-high mark for Nelson.

Kimball/White Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Corsica/Stickney, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-5.

Kimball/White Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Wagner on the 25th. As for Corsica/Stickney, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Gregory on the 25th.
