Softball Recap: Southern Choctaw Takes a Loss

The Southern Choctaw Indians came up short against the Kinston Bulldogs on Wednesday, falling 13-1.

Southern Choctaw saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Eriah Dunigan, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Southern Choctaw's loss dropped their record down to 17-10-1. As for Kinston, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 33-7.

Southern Choctaw wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 6-5 win against Red Level on the 8th. As for Kinston, they have also already played their next game, a 5-4 victory against Leroy on the 8th.
