Basketball Recap: Logan/Palco Comes Up Short

Logan/Palco lost against Golden Plains back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Logan/Palco fell to the Golden Plains Bulldogs 33-27. Logan/Palco has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, Logan/Palco saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Breyer Delimont posted nine points along with seven boards and three blocks. The dominant performance gave Delimont a new career-high in blocks.

Logan/Palco's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Golden Plains, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Logan/Palco will face off against Wheatland-Grinnell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Wheatland-Grinnell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.4 points per game this season. Golden Plains has already played their next matchup (against Christian Family Educators), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
