Basketball Recap: Science Leadership Academy at Beeber Comes Up Short

The Rockets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-17.

Defeat or not, Science Leadership Academy at Beeber got some senior leadership from Aazim Moses and Aziz Collins. Moses posted 16 points, while Collins scored 16 points.

Another player making a difference was Matt McField, who went 8 for 18 on his way to 16 points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.

Science Leadership Academy at Beeber has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Carver High School of Engineering & Science, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

As for Carver High School of Engineering & Science, they will host West Philadelphia at 3:15 p.m. on January 21st. Carver High School of Engineering & Science is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.2 points per game this season.
