Volleyball Recap: Barron Collier Takes a Loss

Barron Collier was the 3-0 winner over Charlotte when they last played one another back in November of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fightin' Tarpons on Saturday. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Barron Collier's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Charlotte, the victory (which was their 19th in a row) raised their record to 19-1.

Barron Collier wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Community School of Naples on the 4th. As for Charlotte, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Oasis on the 4th.
