D'Hanis entered their tilt with Sabinal on Friday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Yellowjackets. The Cowboys might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by eight runs or more this season.

Brent Frosch made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 12 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Josiah Rodriguez, who scored a run and stole three bases while going 2-for-4. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aaron Chapman, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
