Challis was the 44-22 winner over Richfield when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings fell 34-22 to the Tigers on Friday. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Challis now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Richfield, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Challis is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Non Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Richfield, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Hansen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
