New Town entered their tilt with Chesapeake on Friday with ten consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 11. They claimed a resounding 76-37 victory over the Chesapeake Bay Hawks. With New Town ahead 44-17 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Several Bay Hawks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bishop Brown, who posted six points along with six boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Lavar Ragin, who scored seven points.

New Town's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.5 points per game. As for Chesapeake, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

New Town has already played their next contest (against Perry Hall), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Chesapeake will square off against Forest Park at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
