Red Bluff was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Gridley Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Spartans of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Red Bluff's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Gridley, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Red Bluff has already played their next matchup (against Shasta), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Gridley, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against East Nicolaus on the 23rd.
